Order a Nitro O’Valley Irish Stout and the key components of the “Split the SA” Rule:
The Goal: The horizontal line of the foam should align with the cross line in the “SA LOGO” on the new glasses.
The Method: It must be an “uninterrupted” first sip, meaning the glass cannot leave your lips during the first drink.
The Action: The drinker typically takes one large gulp to bring the level down significantly, aiming for that specific spot on the logo.
The Setup: The pint must be paid and and poured.
Succeed and you may keep the glass and sign the board!
